SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 0830 HOURS IST: -
 

Southwest monsoon continues to be subdued over Orissa. Rainfall has occurred at a few places over South Interior Orissa and at one or two places over rest Orissa. Chief amount of rainfall recorded in cms are Koraput and Paralakhemundi=4 each; Nawapara and Phulbani=2 each; Champua=1. The highest maximum temperature of 38.6 deg. Celsius was recorded at Talcher.

  FORECAST AND FARMER’S WEATHER BULLETIN VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF 02-08-2011: Light to moderate rain or thundershower would occur at a few   places over the districts of Orissa

  OUT LOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: - Little Change.
  FORECAST FOR BHUBANESWAR AND N’HOOD VALID UNTIL THE MORNING OF MONDAY:

Generally Cloudy Sky. Rain or Thundershower may occur. Maximum and Minimum Temperature will be around 33 Degree C and 26 Degree C respectively on Monday.
